Conditions for using AG MCP.
Who this is for
AG MCP is provided by Allies Group Pte Ltd for use by its staff and authorised contractors, with a Microsoft 365 account in the Allies Group tenant. It is not a public service and no access is offered to anyone else.
Acceptable use
- Use it for Allies Group business.
- Connect it only from an AI assistant and account your organisation permits for work data. Information you retrieve is passed to that assistant.
- Do not attempt to reach data you are not entitled to, or to work around the permission and sensitivity controls the service applies.
- Do not share your access. Sign in as yourself; every tool request is attributed to you.
- Treat what you retrieve with the same confidentiality as in the source system. AG MCP changes how you reach information, not how sensitive it is.
Accuracy
AG MCP returns data from live business systems and from an analytical warehouse refreshed periodically. Warehouse figures may lag the live system. AI assistants can also summarise or reason incorrectly. Verify anything you intend to act on against the source system — particularly financial figures, stock positions and anything leaving the organisation.
Availability
The service is provided as-is, for internal convenience. It may change or be withdrawn without notice, and no availability level is guaranteed.
Monitoring
Use is recorded as described in the privacy statement. Access may be suspended where use appears to breach these terms or Allies Group policy.
